The Employers Congress 2021, which was attended by prominent speakers, was run as a hybrid event.

A podium for top speakers from politics and business at the Employers Congress 2021. Still shaped by the pandemic, 2021 was a particularly tough year for the Employers Congress. In order to keep members of the Swiss Employers Association and interested parties from the fields of business, politics and the media informed in the same way as normal, the congress was redesigned and run as a hybrid event.

Starting point

The Swiss Employers Association invited representatives from politics, business, organisations and the press to a virtual Employers Congress. The goal was to still put on the national event but virtually, and to achieve high quality and keep it relevant for Swiss employers.

The result

Bluetrac designed, planned and implemented the set design, including the stage technology. The cameraman and our broadcasting experts ensured seamless delivery of the highest quality. For the simultaneous interpreting, interpreter booths were set up and the different languages were made available to stream individually.
