The Grand Hôtel Des Bains Kempinski St. Moritz enchanted its guests with a breathtaking gala. In addition to the exquisite New Year’s Eve menu, guests were surprised with an extraordinary show.

The Grand Hôtel Des Bains Kempinski in St. Moritz understands how to captivate its guests with excellent service and hospitality. The utmost quality is their standard, and that also applies to event technology. Under this year’s motto ‘Modern Meets Classic’, we were able to work with the hotel team to establish and implement an overall concept including decor and a show.

The result

‘Modern Meets Classic’. The motto could be felt through the technology, decor, floral arrangements, walking acts and music. The interplay of contrasts surprised visitors and had people looking on in awe: classic flower arrangements in LED vases, Pepper the robot next to a vintage Coca-Cola machine and a nostalgic photo booth with a photographer. The violinist and the pianist that provided the soundtrack for the evening with a blend of classical and modern music. An entertainment concept that was delivered through three restaurants, the lobby and the bar. Just before midnight, the countdown was displayed on a five-metre-wide LED wall. At the end of the night, in the early hours of the morning, our team started on the dismantling: 20 tonnes of equipment was disassembled and loaded in a very short time. As if a miracle had happened overnight, hotel guests came down to a tidy hotel for breakfast the next morning.
