Your area of responsibility

After a comprehensive and task-specific induction, you will assume responsibility for

  • independent accounting activities
  • managing the financial accounting (total of 6 companies)
  • accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting
  • Monthly payroll processing
  • Preparation of VAT and withholding tax statements
  • Processing and administration of all insurance claims
  • keeping the cash book and general administrative work

Your profile

You have completed training or further training as an accounting clerk and have several years of experience in accounting. In addition

  • you have a good command of written and spoken German and English
  • you are familiar with value added tax
  • you have an independent, precise and structured way of working
  • you know how to assert your concerns with a charming and determined manner
  • ideally you have experience with Topal and Sesam
  • you have good communication skills and enjoy interacting with people
